We use organic beans from Sierre de Perija Venezuela in our handcrafted chocolate bar. The beans are slow roasted and stone ground for 2/3 days in our chocolate kitchen. Sierre de Perija is part of a vast mountain range, much of which is situated between Venezuela and Colombia. Most of this Venezuelan region has been integral to the continuation cacao production in the area.
