We use cacao beans from Cameroon in our handcrafted chocolate bar. The beans are slow roasted and stone ground for 2/3 days in our chocolate kitchen. In a village called Nkog-Ekogo farmers joined forces and introduced centralised processing and quality control. By sourcing cacao with the label of ” engaged chocolatiers” they secure a quality, sustainable product and better livelihood for the farmers.
