We slow roast our almonds to bring out their nutty, toasted flavour. We then caramelise the almonds in small batches to give a caramel crunch. Once cooled the almonds are coated in a mixture of sweet milk chocolate, cinnamon, zesty orange and praline then enrobed in 35% milk chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder.
