We use cacao beans from Cuba in our handcrafted chocolate bar. The beans are slow roasted and stone ground for 2/3/days in our chooclate kitchen. We added a small amount of whole milk to add creaminess to the chocolate. The cacao grows in the Baracoa region of northern Cuba, the heart of Cuba’s cacao production where the art of cultivating cacao is transmitted from one generation to the other.
